Operating, FBO and correspondent accounts are all accounts, and so are wallets. Every account has its own balance, its own ID and the financial addresses that reach it. On operating and correspondent accounts the holder is your own business; on an FBO account it is your customer. The program an account sits in decides what kind of account it is. See How the products are built.
